Our stay here was really great, comfortable base for exploring Newcastle upon Tyne. The staff were polite and welcoming, gave us great tips. Exceptional and delicious breakfast, enjoyed it.

Clean, spacious hotel, the staff and location were perfect here. Extremely comfy beds, a sofa bed, central heating and an iron in the room. Friendliness of the staff. The venue was a brilliant base for enjoying a shopping area. I loved location of Pinocchio Restaurant within 5 minutes' walk, and its meals. An excellent stay overall.

Everything was perfect, amicable staff, perfect location next to the city centre. The buffet breakfast was included and had plenty of food.

Ideal location and staff, I enjoyed its essentials. The beds were very uncomfortable here, nonetheless it was a lovely stay all in all.

Shame the bathroom was grubby.

Unbeatable location, absolutely kind staff, all round such wonderful experience! It was perfectly located. Also, it was just 1 km to a bustling market hall. Good hot breakfast, attentive service.

I really enjoyed my stay here and would stay there again. Top location, pleasant view, nice beach. Absolutely amazing hotel perfectly located in the city. Plus, it had convenient access to grey's monument.
